Starting a return

Head to our Returns Portal
You must include a print out of your order confirmation, including you order number and a note stating your preferred outcome (refund to original payment, store credit, or exchange). If no preference is provided, your return will be automatically processed as store credit once received and approved.


Return address

Pack your items securely with a copy of your order confirmation and post to:
159 Studley Court, Derrimut, Melbourne VIC 3026, Australia.
Email your tracking number to info@villin.co once sent. For items over $75 we recommend a tracked service.


What can be returned

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Non-returnable

Intimate items (unless faulty), gift cards, and sale or discounted items.


Who pays for return shipping

If we made an error — wrong item or size sent, or a faulty/damaged product — we cover return shipping both ways. If it's a change of mind or you ordered the wrong size, return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact info@villin.co within 7 days with your order number and photos. Verified items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.


Refunds

Once received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days (store credit is instant). Your refund may be reduced by payment-provider fees, or by the value of free shipping received if the refund drops your original order below the $150 free-shipping threshold. Partial refunds or store credit may apply to items returned not in original condition or after 30 days.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order. Where stock allows, we'll process your exchange once approved.


Gifts

If you received an item as a gift with proof of purchase, you have the same rights as the original purchaser. Without proof of purchase, approved returns are issued as store credit.
