Due to ongoing tariff changes and international shipping policies, delivery costs to the United States are currently volatile. Prices may fluctuate beyond our control, and all major carriers are unable to lock in consistent pricing at the moment.

We are committed to keeping shipping as fair as possible and will continue to update you, Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these temporary uncertainties together 

Please note: The final shipping rate for U.S. orders will be displayed at checkout. Any rates listed elsewhere may not reflect current carrier adjustment.

   Do you offer free shipping?
2. 1. Yes, all orders over $180.00 receive free standard shipping to Australian addresses.
   1. If you need your purchase sooner, you can upgrade to Express Shipping for just $4.
3. When will my order be shipped?
   1. We make every effort to ship out all orders on the day they are placed or the next business day, although we cannot guarantee this for all orders. Express orders are prioritised. 
4. How will I know my order has been shipped?
   1. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
5. Can I change delivery information once shipped?
   1. Simply click the link in your tracking number to the relevant courier website and follow the relevant instructions and links on the website to edit your delivery requirements.
6. How long will my delivery take?
   1. All delivery times are subject to courier availability and international customs.
   2. During peak holiday periods, please allow up to an additional 10 business days.
   3. We accept no responsibility for delayed deliveries but will assist in tracking your package.

7. Are there other costs associated with international orders?
   1. Yes. International orders can attract additional costs which vary by country.
   1. You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes imposed by your country’s relevant Customs team or similar authority.
   2. You must pay these duties before they will release your package for delivery.
   3. You should be contacted by your local authority when teh package arrives in your country.
   4. Please check these costs prior to purchasing as some countries have particularly high rates.
   5. To estimate your duties and taxes, try the import calculator at www.simplyduty.com. Estimates provided should be treated as a guide only.
   6. We will not adjust our prices to reduce the cost of your purchase in order to minimise the taxes you owe.
   7. You the customer will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country that your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We're not liable for these charges, and they can not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
